In May 2019 Scarlet Grace's directorial debut short film Guilt was screened at That Film Life as part of the Cannes Film festival. In July 2019 Scarlet Grace worked on set at Shepperton Studios on the Fast and Furious 9 (2020) with Producer Clayton Townsend. In 2018 Scarlet Grace made her film debut played lead supporting role of Pickle in Holmes and Watson. The action-mystery comedy is directed and written by Etan Cohen for Columbia and Sony Pictures, The film stars Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as the eponymous characters Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, with Rebecca Hall, Rob Brydon, Steve Coogan, and Ralph Fiennes. In May 27th 2017 Scarlet Grace opened in Annie The Musical at The Piccadilly Theatre, London and played the role of Tessie/Annie. At the age of 10 she made her professional theatre debut playing Eponine in Les Miserables at The Queens Theatre, London.
